WILLIAMS
Origin: A very old England pear cultivar originated in 1760's.
Features: greenish film that eventually becomes golden yellow. The fruit is large with surface irregularities. The flesh is sweet, juicy and soluble, white-yellow color with a pronounced aroma.

SANTA MARIA
Origin: It was built in Italy by crossing varieties Coscia and Williams.
Features: The fruit is medium-coarse to coarse (150-250g). Epidermis matures in a citrus-yellow supplementary redness occurs on the sunny side of the fruit. The flesh is white, juicy and soluble.
